  Secure Packaging/Crating
BOX DESIGN: The first method of securement we use is the design of the box itself.  We design the box to allow the least amount of movement and when necessary cutouts/grooves/or securement holes, among other custom requests, are implimented into the box design.
STRECH WRAP: Used as a minumum requirement for securement.  Normally used in conjunction with another method of securement.
STRAPPING: Can be made of steel, nylon, or other durabale material.  Used to secure products to their shipping containers and/or other products.  May require the use of corner protectors or other protective measures.
BOLTING: When it is prudent or necessary to do so, we can bolt the product to the base of the shipping container to help secure it from movement.

Special/Packaging Services

FLOATER BASE/SHOCK SENSITIVE ITEMS: The base of the box or skid is equiped with foam cushions to help aborb some the of the shock associated with being transported which helps to protect against damage caused by vibrations.

BUBBLE WRAP: This is used as additional cushioning and to prevent items from being damaged.

STRECH WRAP: Used to help secure items to skids or pallets and used as minor protection against standard environmental storage and transportation hazards like dust and moisture.

HEAT SHRINK: This is used as heavy protection agains dust and moisture and the piece is normally placed inside of a closed box after being wrapped in the heat shrink plastic.

METHOD II VACUUM PACK/SEALED BARRIER BAG: Another packaging method used against environmental factors such as moisture.

KemPak/Anti-Corrostion/Anti-Static/waterproofing: for equipment that is senstive to corrosion, static, chemicals or moisture normally found in shipping containers or environments.
